Diamond Clear TB is a low VOC, non-yellowing concrete curing compound and cure & seal used to cure and seal exterior concrete. DIAMOND CLEAR TB is formulated with a unique exempt solvent blend that gives this product all the performance benefits of traditional solvent based curing and sealing products while ensuring compliance with VOC laws in regulated areas.
