Euclid Chemical regional manager Quinn McGuire has been recognized by ACI (American Concrete Institute) for his achievements and contributions and named an ACI Fellow. Quinn joins six current Euclid Chemical personnel who have also received the distinction. They include: Claude Bedard, Philip Brandt, Bill Lyons, Warren McPherson, Aimee Pergalsky and Bill Phelan, an Honorary Member.

“I’m honored and humbled to be recognized and selected to one of the concrete industry’s “all-star teams.” McGuire said. “Candidly, my relentless activity in local ACI chapters is not just about promoting the best concrete construction design and practices and/or the advancement of the chapter, it is also about establishing the recognition and credibility of the Euclid brand in the West where we are relatively young,” Quinn added.

Quinn, who joined Euclid Chemical in 2004, received recognition “for his exemplary service to the San Diego chapter and to the concrete industry, especially in Southern CA where he tirelessly promotes excellence in concrete construction using the San Diego ACI Chapter as the key platform for communicating and promoting quality concrete practices and new technologies,” according to his citation.
